The causes of Elbow and wrist pain can include.

Symptoms can vary from aches to tingling sensations., also known as lateral epicondylitis, is an uncomfortable ailment that develops when the tendons in your elbow are overworked, however it isn’t just a problem from sports people, despite its name.
- Osteoarthritis these joints are much less prone to wear-and-tear damage than other joints.
- Sprains of Ligaments, the strong bands of fibrous tissue that unite two bones in your joints, can be stretched or torn, resulting in a sprain. Treatment for minor sprains can be completed at home. Surgery may be necessary to mend torn ligaments in cases of severe sprains. But anywhere in between is where we can help with and after surgery also.

We will look at the affected joint but also the connecting joints as they play a part in the pain caused sometimes. Then, we’ll talk with you about your treatment options, which could include massage, taping, joint mobilisation, posture correction, and work environment modifications and rehabilitation exercises.
