Aimee 

Aimee has recently finished her physiotherapy degree at Manchester Metropolitan University and will receive her HCPC registration around mid-July. She completed placements within MSK, Stroke rehab, pelvic health, cardiology and urgent community response.

She is a qualified Level 4 sports massage therapist and has a love for all types of running (especially in the fells) and strength training.

Aimee previously worked as a personal trainer and taught multiple fitness classes including spinning, circuit training, legs, bums and tums, box fit and beginners Pilates before starting up her own business as a seamstress and curtain maker.

Aimee’s love for exercise and activity has been supported by physiotherapy intervention, she loves working with people and is passionate about helping others stay active, reduce pain and staying independent.
